About me
A bit about my journey...

It started when I was 17...
When I was 17 I was diagnosed with Autism and then left to fend for myself in the world without much more of a thought. I often struggled to manage social situations, emotions and many other of the traits that come with being Autistic. I carried on though regardless until...

I turned 26...
When I was 26 I fell pregnant with my first baby, pregnancy was tough and afterwards I struggled with postnatal depression and anxiety. I learnt a lot during this time, and the biggest thing for me was understanding I wasn't actually accepting my Autism by carrying on regardless, and that actually I did need to do things differently in order to succeed.

And that was OK.

I found coaching and realised it's great potential to help Neurodivergent Mums like me, due to its individual approach. I decided to train to become a coach myself and set up my business dedicated to helping other Neurodivergent Mums out there to be their true and honest self, from managing overwhelm to coping with anxiety.
